About WhiteGuard

WhiteGuard™ Phase 2 (v2.0.0-alpha.1, September 27, 2026) is a private development preview of a maintenance-accountability and documentation tool for one printer and one owner/operator. It inherits the WhiteGuard LITE foundation as its starting point.

This preview is not for production use. It organizes reminders, records evidence, and supports decisions — it does not replace manufacturer documentation.

Access to this preview is for authorized development, evaluation, and partner review only.

No new public PLR/MRR, dealer, Fleet, OEM, co-brand, deployment, redistribution, or production-use rights are created by access to this preview. Any such rights require a separate written agreement with HopeDez Buyers Lab.

Except where applicable law gives you rights that cannot be limited.

WhiteGuard Phase 2 is not currently an Epson product, partnership, endorsement, approved manufacturer solution, or confirmed Epson API integration.

No manufacturer partnership, endorsement, approval, or API relationship is implied unless it is expressly documented in a signed agreement. References to manufacturers or equipment describe compatibility targets under evaluation, not authorization.

WhiteGuard organizes reminders, evidence, decisions, and accountability. It is not the printer manufacturer, an authorized service provider, a safety manual, a repair service, or a substitute for model-specific manufacturer instructions or a qualified technician.

Generic guidance is not equipment-specific fact. A model-specific procedure is authoritative only when it identifies applicable models, procedure owner, source, revision date, approval status, and escalation contact.

You must confirm actions, limits, materials, environmental ranges, cleaning cycles, shutdown/relocation steps, and service thresholds against approved documentation for your exact equipment.

WhiteGuard does not guarantee prevention of clogs, downtime, failures, damage, lost production, or service visits.

Photo evidence documents what you observed. It does not diagnose equipment, infer pass/fail, or provide AI corrective action.

AI and model-specific assessments are inactive in this preview. Any future model-specific assessment requires approved model standards and must be explicitly identified as active. Future concepts described in the app are development concepts, not current functionality.

Current maintenance records, settings, session history, and visual evidence are stored locally on your browser/device unless a feature clearly states otherwise.

• They are not account-synchronized, cloud-backed-up, or enterprise-protected.
• Clearing browser/site data, changing browser/device, or uninstalling may remove them.
• Sharing the app link does not transfer records.
• External resource links are governed by the destination's terms and privacy.

This preview does not imply cloud sync, multi-device synchronization, or enterprise data protection that is not active.
